Hello and welcome back! I’m excited to share an inexpensive glamorous teen bedroom I worked on a few weeks ago. The room belongs to the youngest and only girl of three kids. She is a typical preteen, 13 going on 30, and made it known she loved Marilyn Monroe.
The design challenge was to create a more grown up tween room. It required “glam”, Marilyn Monroe, and a strict budget of $500. I knew the room had to have touches of vintage, sophistication and a touch of glamour. (No pink teen room here).

I have been busy looking for outdoor inspiration for my Backyard Landscape Redesign. I am finally giving the backyard some much-needed love. After much thought, I have come up with a master plan to redesign my backyard to completely transform this area.
