St. Patrick’s Day Tablescape

St. Patrick’s Day Tablescape

(Lady & the house)

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Do you enjoy entertaining or just want to set a beautiful table for your family? I’m ecstatic about today’s post! I have combined my two favorite things, FREE and ALREADY OWN items to create this table setting. It is simple and inexpensive. Break out the green by using shamrocks, four leaf clovers, and leprechauns you too can create an inexpensive St. Patrick’s day tablescape your family will be impressed with.

First, shop your home.

Use items you already have. Look around for candlesticks, plates, table runners or even books.

Think outside the box. Here I simply flipped the candle stick over and placed a votive candle in it.

Second, bring the outdoors in.

Gather items from my backyard or a park like a plant, sticks or leaves. Natural elements always provide texture and color. Best of all, it is FREE!

As you can see, this simple centerpiece was created with a “Trash Treasure Score” ( I’ll share more with you on this in the near future) and aloe Vera plants. Don’t be scared to thrift shop, curbside or dumpster dive. You will be surprised the treasures you can find.

Finally, personalize it.

You can add name tags on leaves by simply writing your guest name on them . ( Oopsy!!! I skipped this part to keep it informal.)

Ta-da –

A simple and inexpensive tablescape that is fun and playful. I hope you will style your own St. Patrick’s Day tablescape. Let me know what you come up with.
